Job Description:
Outlet Manager to lead a team of kitchen and wait staff and make sure they deliver excellent customer service
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
- Strategize on new products and service offerings
- Create unforgettable experiences for our guests
- Greet and handle all guest interaction with a high level of professionalism and
hospitality. - Resolve guest issues.
- Strive to achieve sales targets while respecting budgets during day-to-day
operations.
Job Requirements:
- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
