Beauty Advisor Job Description:
Provide all the required support to the customers to ensure their satisfaction and to achieve the sales target in line with the Operations Standards Operations Procedures SOPs and standards Ensure the stock availability organizing of products and prices accuracy in compliance with the commercial requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Support customers in regards to finding the products that meet their needs by explaining how products work suggest the suitable products and demonstrating how to use them to ensure customers satisfaction.
- Provide consultation and recommendation to the customers through diagnosing and analyzing their requests in order to achieve the sales target and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Fully understand information about Beauty products through the participation in the technical training to be full aware about the Beauty product usages specifications etc
- Performs all the required responsibilities and tasks in compliance to Operations Standards Operations Procedures SOPs and standards to ensure standardization.
Job Requirements/Experience/ Skills:
- Relevant Diploma Degree
- 1 Year of Experience in beauty or cosmetic
- MS Office Suite
