Job Description:
The Master Data Management Specialist (MDMS) is responsible for the effective implementation and utilization of medical field force data management solutions and being the system custodian and the co-pilot for field teams, PDMs, and marketing to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the field force. The MDMS is also responsible for generating insights on trends and HCP interactions to support data-driven decision making in compliance with WHO International Code of Marketing of breast-milk substitutes, Nestlé instructions, and local country codes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Combining businesses, functions, and geographies data into one database
- Extract, load and transform data from Salesforce, Medconnect, iqvia, PFME tracker, websites, and Apps
- Integrate different sources of data into a master relational database
- Manage the content with the different stakeholders (Marketing, Medical and agencies)
- Ensure right engagement with HCPs based on their segmentation and preferences
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business informatics, pharmaceutical, or medical fields
- A minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably with medical field experience
- Strong analytical mindset
