Marketing Specialist Job Description:
Plan, advertise, coordinate, implement and evaluate the American Hospital Satellite Clinics Marketing Plan through developing marketing campaigns to promote the seven Satellite clinics and through conducting thorough marketing research and analysis to evaluate new trends in the market in line with the American Hospital overall Marketing strategy.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Create and develop the awareness of the American Hospital Satellite Clinics brand.
- Develop and implement a marketing plan for the satellite clinics to generate leads.
- Organize and attend public targeted events to increase the awareness of the clinics. Source and secure sponsorships.
- Work closely with agencies for creative designs materials.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess patients’ requirements and create plans accordingly
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
Job Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Management or related subject required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience for profit marketing team, within a healthcare setting, preferably a group of clinics setting.
- Good working knowledge of Dubai / GCC marketing and market preferred
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
