Job Description
A marketing manager is responsible for managing the promotion and positioning of a brand or the products and services that a company sells. Typically marketing managers are employed to attract more customers to buy from the company and to raise brand awareness through the creation of marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the definition of the UAE product strategic plan: market analysis, UAE activity analysis, budget proposal, and action plans definition in order to reach a targeted budget
- Collaborate with the Client team, Commercial team to define cohesive action plans for the main strategic focuses
- Elaborate sales budget to be in line with key projects & overall company strategy
- Follow ROI on all Marcom plans
- Translate main strategies down to team members, ensuring alignment from overall strategic and Marcom plans
- Identify key local initiatives in line with the overall Marcom plan & HQ Global plan
- Identify key growth drivers for all lines and possible areas of potential growth
- Collect competitive intelligence
- Build on methodology, processes, and scope for market research (base on pricing, networks, launch, and brand strategy)
- Provide qualitative feedback to the Regional marketing team / HQ on market trends and product recommendations
- Monitor market pricing and provide feedback to the Regional marketing team on product price setting
- Identify product opportunities and create a brief for the Regional marketing team to develop UAE exclusivity
- Revise sales forecasts on a monthly basis and collaborate with Cartier Operations to ensure adequate product supply
- Supervise weekly product allocations by the boutique.
- Collaborate with Merchandising team to define assortments and revise every 3 months, and manage stock objective / quality of the stock Collaborate on pricing strategy.
- Share weekly and monthly sales report (Microanalysis: boutique levels) and qualitative insights for key stakeholders
- Manage marketing partnerships (MOE, YNAP) according to the company’ strategy
- Define a detailed 360 product launch roadmap based on Maison’ strategy (eg: Consensus / Delivery of products / Allocation to different networks / Training / CRM initiative / ATL & BLT campaigns / Hot spot visibilities in boutiques etc.) and coordinate its implementation with all the departments
- Define sales forecasts and assortments in collaboration with Merchandising and Commercial teams
- Follow up on sales and provide specific recommendations
- eads and motivates the team to reach Maison’s image and expectations
- Give clear goals to direct reports to be able to focus on key priorities and reach objectives
- Develops their talent and capabilities through understanding each one’ strengths and enhancing their abilities
Job Requirements
- Fifth-year college or university certificate
- 8 years of experience in Marketing
- Ability to read, write & speak English, Arabic & French is a “plus”
