Job Responsibilities
- Manage automated email campaigns including gathering requirements, development, testing, programming, reporting, and optimizing
- Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance of campaigns.
- Create and test campaigns and templates that align content to seller preferences
- Optimize against key metrics including CTR, open rates, business impact
- Recommend and implement iterative A/B testing to continually improve performance through optimized messaging and targeting
- Analyze and report on performance metrics of email campaigns and set up test plans to improve the campaign performance
- Track email best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in programming, development, computer science, or related
- 4+ years experience in email marketing for digital marketing, advertising, product management, or similar
- Experience with SQL, and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements, using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience developing automated and personalized marketing emails and triggered workflows, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and targeting
