Job Description
A lead generating specialist has two main responsibilities, which are to call leads to find out if they meet the requirements necessary to conduct a sales call and to research leads that meet these requirements and engage them to qualify for sales.
1- Lead Services Specialist

Location:- Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries, inputs, and reporting. Job Centre weekly updates
- Reporting any incident, plan change or deviation through Baker Hughes tools, discussion with the operation team. Assist to follow up NPT, Incident investigation and root cause are closed.
- Following up assigned client’s process for MOC generated in the field, follow up MOC internal process escalation to ensure is properly routed and closed.
- Collaborating across Technical and operations to close service delivery gaps.
- Monitoring DCF weekly observation cards, operational control across service delivery areas. Consolidate service delivery weekly updates.
- Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE and quality policies and compliance requirements
Job Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Drilling Fluids Operation leadership, engineering skills and oilfield service expertise
- Required to have minimum 3-years’ expertise in Service Delivery, exposed at least 1-year leadership role.
- Drilling Fluid technical & operational lifecycle deployment, planning, execution, and reporting
- Show consistently self-analytical behavior to understand complex business, technical and operational requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
