Position: Kitchen Mechanic
Job Type : Full Time
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Average Salary: AED 42K – AED 54K

Job Description:
Perform repairs and maintenance duties on a wide variety of kitchen and refrigeration equipment such as walk-in freezers, industrial-sized steam cookers, refrigerators, ice machines, washers, ovens, dryers, dishwashers, and water coolers. Carry out periodic inspection, cleaning, and equipment servicing.
Job Responsibilities
- Executing all maintenance points – recording the time used and material on the order and return back to engineering in the same day.
- Checking gas detection panels, fire suppression system and gas valves.
- Mechanical, electrical, lighting and plumping of kitchen will be your responsibility.
- Responsible for assisting other personnel in emergencies and for carrying out other engineering duties that may be required by the management and according to the needs of the department.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions; install, replace or repair damaged equipment; calibrate thermostatic controls.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in 5 star luxury hotels in a similar role.
- Relevant qualifications.
