The key account manager is responsible for handling the most important client accounts in a company. … They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed.

Job Responsibilities
- Identifies business opportunities by establishing the contacts with the fleet customer prospects and analyzing sales options.
- Maintains relationship with clients by providing support, information and recommending solutions.
- Identifies product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information.
- Maintaining accounts receivables within guidelines
Job Requirements
- Graduate level
- At least two years in a fleet, business to business sales or major account sales role
- Good understanding of the fleet and/or vehicle leasing business in the UAE and good knowledge of (or willingness to quickly learn) about the Lexus product ranges and the benefits of those ranges to corporate customers
- Proficiency in English. Highly numerate, good levels of client empathy, strong negotiator and very persuasive
- Honest and responsible with high levels of personal integrity and possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
