The key account manager is responsible for handling the most important client accounts in a company. … They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed.

Job Responsibilities
- To explore new business opportunities
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- To work closely with the Business Development, Trade Marketing and Marketing teams to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives and targets.
- To review and evaluate sales performance of each key account customer assigned and recommend relevant strategies to grow the business
- Providing full support to the National Sales Manager in development of the brands through the coordinated use of specific elements of the marketing mix
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of working exposure in an FMCG background
- Bachelor degree holder
- Strong planning and analytic skills
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills
