Job Description
An IT Technician, or IT Support Technician, maintains the computer and network systems of an organisation. Their duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, setting up computer networks and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems.
1- IT Technician
Job Type :- Full Time
Location:- KSA
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Manager in all aspects of IT support both in office and remotely
- Compile and update accurate tracking for all IT assets across all offices
- Perform in office IT assurance and problem solving
- Support site staff with remote IT assistance
- Image new computers / laptops for new employees
- Liaise with Kyndryl (Formally IBM) to ensure correct software and hardware configuration
- Ensure all staff have the correct IT hardware and issue as required
- Support the client as required by the respective contracts
- Administer systems supported locally (telephone, security…)
Job Requirements
- Technical IT degree, certification in IT support or relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook is required
- Experience in Oracle system and SharePoint is a plus
- Adherence to IT security policies
- Excellent administrative skills
- Strong communication skills
