Position– Instrument Builders
Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Base Currency: AED
Description:
The Instrument Builder will be assisting the manufacture Rosemount products to conform with specifications, procedure and certifications requirement in assembly line. This includes assembly of Pressure, Temperature Level and Flow measurement instruments. This role does not limit only to assembly but also will include periodic maintenance, trainings to subordinate, problem solving, packing of transmitter, process improvements & reporting team with daily activities. The candidate will be responsible to liaise with the Manufacturing Engineer and Supervisors & Material Warehouse team
Job Responsibilities
- Assembly of instruments for Pressure, Temperature, Level and Flow Instruments
- Calibration and testing of Pressure, Temperature, Level and Flow instruments
- Handling of Calibration Reference Instruments
- Issuing of Calibration certificates 3.1, according to EN10204, Certificate of Complaince2.2, Hydrotest certificates2.2, Material Test certificates 2.2.
- Leak check of transmitters
- Assembly of manifolds
- Repair of transmitter,
- Maintaining spare part records
- Maintenance of equipment’s
Candidate Requirements
- Technical diploma/ degree or equivalent
- English Competency is a must
- Knowledge of manufacturing function with minimum 2-3 years’ experience.
- Ability to multitask on production line
