Job Description:
You are well-experienced in installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air-conditioning systems and equipment. In addition, you perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervises and coordinates the operations, maintenance and repairs on ventilation and air conditioning system;
- Ensures work is completed according to company standards and safety guidelines;
- Oversees the installation of new units and replacement of parts;
- Acts on issues and concerns in his activity field immediately;
- Performs the tasks assigned to him and ensures their implementation while working independently.
Job Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
- Dynamic working environment
