Job Description:
Hotel HR Manager responsibilities include recruiting and training new hires, managing employee data and taking steps to retain our people. To be successful in this role, you should have a good knowledge of labor legislation and experience hiring employees for various roles and seniority levels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating programmes to foster a positive work environment for every single employee
- Supporting and administering an annual team member satisfaction survey
- Welcoming and orienting new members of staff
- Developing creative ways to inspire and motivate the team to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Administers colleagues / personnel change of title/ benefits/ allowances / retirement plan accordingly
- Assists in collecting payroll data, attendance etc. to support payroll accountant in monthly cut-off process
- Supports IHG Human Rights Policy, IHG Code of Ethics and Business Conduct when administrating all HR tasks.
Job Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent
- 2 years’ related experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must speak fluent English
- Other languages may be preferred
