Job Description:
Human resources managers plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of an organization. They oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization’s management and its employees
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR and training function within your Hotel. It’s all yours!
- Work closely with and support your Hotel Management team – they are constantly moving between training sessions, team welfare, incentive planning, payroll and all other areas of HR which will require your expertise, support and challenge
- Ensure our guest experience is paramount
- Keep your finger on the pulse
- Be ahead of the game, recognising talent and ensuring the right intervention is delivered at the right time to make a difference
Job Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with recruiting for junior, senior, seasonal and part-time positions
- Good knowledge of regulations around flexible types of employment
- Familiarity with ATS, payroll software and resume databases
- Excellent people skills
- BSc in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar field
- Additional diploma in Restaurant Management is a plus
