Health & Safety Manager (Job Details):

Job Description:
Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections. Develops health and safety procedures for all areas of the company. Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics. Monitors compliance with safety procedures.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-operational risk assessments on work area.
- Develop all the required documentation, operational checks and reports to be compliant with the HSE
- Management System including corrective and preventive measures.
- Monitor HSE controllers in executing continuous audits.
- Provide HSE improvement proposals stating the non-conformance, proposed corrective action and plan of implementation.
- Coordinate and participate in the investigation of accidents and near misses.
- Ensure regular emergency response drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency.
- Supervises the regular inspection of fire fighting, safety and emergency response equipments.
- Ensure that operations employees, contractors and site visitors receive HSE inductions for their operations.
Job Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- 2-4 years of relevant functional experience in a reputed companies
- Relevant management courses for Health, Safety & Environment
