Position– Guest Relation Officer

Job Description:
As a Guest Relations Officer, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure, and ensure that they “Feel Welcome”.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to our hotel with a pleasing smile.
- Review arrival lists and records.
- Receive and take care of special guests.
- Answer the inquiries of clients on a timely basis.
Job Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in 5 star hotels Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
