GSE Technician (Job Details):

Job Description:
The GSE Technician reports to Store Supervisor and ensures compliance to regulatory and company requirements.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Controls all GSE and vehicles and makes sure all are in serviceable condition.
- Ensures the weekly checks of cars and GSE are correctly done by the shifts.
- Ensures all GSE is maintained according to the maintenance schedule.
- Maintains an up-to-date inventory list of all GSE.
- Carries out work in compliance with company, health / safety and airport procedures and regulations.
- Keeps control of airport passes and permits of vehicles.
- Performs all duties allocated to him by the store supervisor
- Service Order creation for work required (Vehicles and Equipment)
- Post maintenance/repair inspection of Vehicles and GSE
- Process quotes and follow up LPO’s for repairs including fuel card application and collection
- Performs weekly & monthly inventory checks in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Job Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- Strong AMOS background preferred with strong communication skills; minimum 2 years of airline/ MRO experience preferred
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, work under stress and be able to communicate perfectly in English.
- High school leaving certificate/ Diploma is preferred with background in aircraft engineering studies.
- UAE driving license mandatory
