As a growth marketing manager, your job is to find the channels and strategies to increase revenue. Ultimately, you should be able to find new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals.

Job Responsibilities
- Build scalable processes to oversee & manage the creative production, management & execution with in-house & external creative teams & agencies.
- Build & maintain a global calendar that supports the timely deployment & refresh of creatives & messaging for performance marketing along with CRM assets like email, SMS & push.
- Proactively research content & creative trends that’ll help Swvl have the best in class creatives & content strategy for better, faster & cheaper conversion.
- Ensure all creative experiments have learnings and deep measurement plans attached to them by play booking their performance for future market launches & optimisations
- Leverage data & analytics to make intelligent & informed decisions to improve creatives & communications that balances brand, quality & conversions
- Work closely with growth, business & city teams in identifying remarketing opportunities & initiatives and manage end to end execution of the same across digital channels
- Be a thought leader & innovator in finding new ways to engage with customers and establish Swvl as the first & preferred choice of commute.
Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of B2C experience in Digital Marketing space and at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in either a tech company or a digital agency that has managed tech brands.
- A track record of demonstrable business results through testing and deploying effective creative strategies across different channels with a trial-and-learn mindset.
- Excellent program management and communication skills with an ability to balance rigorous attention to detail with swift execution.
- Deep knowledge of digital channels, creative requirements & media landscape across all major channels & international markets.
- Hands-on experience & highly proficient in digital advertising platforms like Facebook, Tiktok, Linkedin, Google Ads, YouTube, Google DV 360 & other programmatic channels.
- Proven understanding of media management, campaign management, optimizations, and reporting.
- Excellent verbal & written communication, and cross-functional skills to collaborate with Creative team, agencies, Brand Marketing, City & Country teams.
- Regional & Global exposure in digital brand advertising is a must.
- Some working knowledge of HTML & CSS will be good to have.
- Some experience with offline media channels is good to have.
