• Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
• Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must have a valid work permit in the UAE.
• Relevant education and qualifications.
• Candidates should have relevant work experience in the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in English is important for most roles in Ayla Hotel.
• Knowledge of other languages, such as Arabic or French, may be an advantage
