About Role
As Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines Lead (Mechanical) Engineer – Service Engineering you will manage all activities relating to enhancing services technology integrating customer data, or capturing engines/products reliability, availability, maintenance, safety and other performance parameters. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies

Job Responsibilities
- Heavy Duty Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines and BOP / Auxiliaries Product Service on installed base including activities such as customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, monitoring & diagnostics, fleet configuration, maintenance of fleet data, outage management
- Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
- Working with business leadership
- Specifying needs, communicating about project approach and presenting outcomes of research done
- Delivering products as part of a team. Working on cross functional teams
- Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods
Job Requirements
- Have a BSc degree on Engineer from an accredited university or college, degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology for Heavy Duty Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines and BOP / Auxiliaries Product Service
- Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams
