Front Office Manager Job Description:
To monitor and manage the business unit front office function aimed at optimal operational performance and client centric service delivery in line with company standards and financial governance principles
Responsibilities:
- To manage and lead the team
- To coordinate physician appointment scheduling to ensure patient and business needs are addressed
- To monitor and manage the daily Front Office operations
- Drive patient experience
- Drive operational efficiencies through effective monitoring and management of departmental KPI’s
Requirements/Experience/ Skills:
- A relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years’ experience in a healthcare environment of which at least 3 years were in a management or supervisory position
- Client service and related management principles
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Conflict management skills
- Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of financial principles and sense for business
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Workforce planning and scheduling
- UAE healthcare industry
