Job Description:
A Front Desk Representative is a professional who is the first point of contact for all customers of a business. They greet customers, answer phones, receive and deliver mail, and assist with maintaining and ordering office supplies.
Job Responsibilities
- At the reception, you’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic.
- You’ll always keep your cool – even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time.
- You’ll get everything ready for the shift, and round it off with the Front Office fully cleaned up.
Job Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Positive attitude
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
