Marketing Manager Job Description:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for executing the sales strategy of the hotel with the ultimate objective of maximizing revenues across all revenue generating outlets to include bedrooms, meetings and events, and food and beverage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and identify a brand guidebook for your brand. Develop a brand vision and marketing communications strategies for your brand focused on building brand awareness and equity, as well as driving sales through various ordering channels.
- Capture the local market by continuously building/promoting the brand image through local store marketing initiatives.
- Prepare strategies for the launch of new products/promotions and implement them throughout the complete customer journey.
- Analyze customer feedback, ratings, and reviews and share insights with the wider team.
- Provide input into pricing strategy.
- Optimize brand packaging design
Job Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Management or Communications
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in Marketing and Communications, specifically in the F&B, FMCG, Hospitality industry – Agency experience is preferable
- Lively and charismatic with a passion for food and great knowledge of the consumer
- The ideal candidate is creative yet results-driven will have the ability to think outside the box and work closely with key stakeholders in the business to achieve our common goal of satisfying the world’s appetite!
