Engineering managers plan, coordinate and oversee the technical and engineering activities of an organisation. They are responsible for planning engineering projects and overseeing the efficient running of projects, including providing supervision and guidance to other engineers.

Job Responsibilities
- Technical leadership skills for problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Organize and Prioritize Multiple projects having a sense of Urgency in Managing time and accomplishing tasks.
- Demonstrate Proactive Problem-Solving skills, details oriented, with strong follow through.
- Deep Understanding of raw material development and cost engineering.
- Excellent technical knowledge of yarn knits and performance fabrications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Equivalent
- 8+ years’ experience in architectural industries.
- Minimum 3+ years management experience.
- Strong Presentation Skills, preparation & checking of Design Calculation, Fabrication / Shop Drawings and solving Technical errors.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills including the ability to regularly interface with and influence senior management
