What Do Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Supervisors Do? Work with departments to set and reach safety goals, including training. Inspect and assess work areas, equipment, and processes for safety. Understand and document compliance with state and federal regulations.

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver environmental excellence such that compliance with all environmental rules and regulations is achieved and responsible practices are followed.
- Through routine practice and ownership, apply the Koch MBM guiding principles as the basis and foundation of all EHS activities.
- Implement best practices and encouraging employee ownership in addition to guaranteeing compliance with all Saudi Arabia local legislation and codes
- Facilitate continuous improvement by identifying creative solutions to gaps in systems and processes.
- Assist in building a culture of trust with all employees by establishing and cultivating relationships through effective interactions and timely response to employees concerns and requests
- Deliver safety trainings for manufacturing and field personnel across all levels
- Support plant and regional leadership in conducting and reviewing EHS risk assessments to ensure adequate controls are identified and implemented.
- Implement incident investigation and recurrence prevention programs and procedures using effective problem-solving skills
Job Requirements
- EHS experience in manufacturing
- Willingness and ability to travel to field sites and meetings as needed
- Ability to be on call and work off hours as needed
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Certified as per the occupational of safety and health cadres program – Saudi labor law
- Certified as per Saudi Council of Engineers
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations such as civil defense and MODON regulations
- Bilingual – English and Arabic
