Job Description
Essentially, a project manager who’s qualified has the temperament, skills, and experience needed for the position. Typical requirements generally include at least three years of experience in a related role, the ability to communicate, formal training, and a PMP certification.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with the Head of Delivery (Uptown District) to develop the project execution strategy and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor implementation of the same across all projects.
- Develop and finalize project requirements and project brief and arrange for the required feasibility studies and business case to be undertaken and completed.
- Prepare the project management plan and project delivery schedules.
- Monitor project progress on a routine basis and work closely with different departments to ensure timely course corrections as needed.
- Lead and manage relationships internally at upper management level for the project(s) through periodic update and feedback meetings.
- Finalize and manage scope, schedule and budget changes where necessitated.
- Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives in project activities.
- Expedite project operations by dealing directly with individuals and organizations involved.
- Ensure appropriate usage and application of the DMCC project management system with respect to entry and analysis of work related data for day to day functioning to facilitate seamless communication of all relevant (technical/non-technical) information across the organization on a real time basis for maximum effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- BSc (Architecture / Civil / Structural / Construction)
- Minimum 10 years project delivery experience with high-end mixed-use buildings & supporting infrastructure.
- Construction methods & materials, high-end fit-out, schedule planning and quality control
