Job Description:
Collect, distribute and control movement of documents. Ensure proper and secure control over movement of documents. Report incidents and accidents timorously and compile vehicle condition reports and other records required by Management.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides a courteous and effective vehicle transportation and courier service for KEO staff and customers between locations.
- Provides a courteous and effective vehicle transportation and courier service for KEO’s business operations.
- Keeps transportation logs and service records as required.
- May perform miscellaneous errands such as carrying mail to and from the post office or transporting materials between locations.
- May clean vehicle and make minor repairs or adjustments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Skills and Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent preferred.Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
- Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
- Sound organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively present information clearly.
- Aims to exceed client expectations.
- Excellent driving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret road maps.
