Job Description:
As a Driver, you will do more than facilitate our guests’ safe and efficient transport – you will be an ambassador for your hotel, your city and our exceptional guest experience
Job Responsibilities
- Owning the front driveway, assisting our arriving and departing guests while providing exceptional service.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of luggage to and from guest vehicles.
- Proudly be an ambassador of the property and brand, promoting our facilities.
- Work closely with Airport Concierge, Bell Captain and Executive Office.
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
Job Skills and Qualifications
- Proudly be an ambassador of the property and brand, promoting our facilities.
- Service focused personality is essential; customer service experience is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
- Previous experience as a Driver preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
- Strong interpersonal and organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
