Job Description:
A Document Controller is a professional who maintains organized and updated documents for a business using document management software, uploading or scanning paper documents, obtaining documents, and ensuring proper and secure storage.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
- Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
- Retrieving files for other employees and customers when needed.
Job Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent 2 Years’ experience in similar role.
- Facilities/Property Management Industry is an added advantage.
- Very good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly organized to management multiple data projects.
- Well versed in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Basic knowledge in AutoCAD software is an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge in operating standard operating equipment
- Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports.
