Senior Procurement Executive (Job Details):

Job Description:
The Senior Procurement Executive is responsible for managing procurement operations. He/She ensures quality standards are followed in all activities and processes. The position is to also help enhance the procurement standards and its applications, procurement support internally to the Procurement team and preparation for third party negotiations. Analyse pricing trends to help support decision making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing the market and setting up prequalification process using e-procurement system and issuing and evaluating a project specific prequalification and drafting and securing all approvals to proceed with the final bidder list.
- Administration and monitoring of Supplier input to e-tendering platform and supplier portal and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support Senior Procurement Manager with tender commercial analysis Develop and maintain a project cost analysis to support the department’s decision-making process.
- Support Senior Procurement Manager on Uptown District projects.
- Supporting Senior Procurement Manager on project initiatives including the implementation of the new Procurement Policies & Procedures, Systems and Applications.
Job Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor Degree – QS/Engineering and CIPS certificate
- 5+ years
- Procurement management, Contracts , E sourcing systems
- Evaluation Skills
- Computer skills: Good understanding and use of IT packages e.g. spreadsheets, databases, word processing.
