Digital Marketing Manager Job Description:
Digital Marketing Managers are generally responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. In addition, they are responsible for managing, guiding and training digital marketers and other marketing positions in the team.
Job Responsibilities
- Online reputation management by responding to online hotel reviews, comments and messages on all social media and review platforms like TripAdvisor, Google, Facebook, Instagram etc.
- Content optimization for brand website and OTAs.
- Create, manage and execute Paid Promotional advertising of Hotel promotions, F&B restaurants and special events.
- Communicate the target markets, creatives and strategy to Performs for all hotel related search ads.
- Assist the Marketing Communications Manager in all Hotel DDM research phases.
- Help with the publication of hotel’s e-newsletter.
- Support communications duties and functions as deemed necessary.
Job Requirements:
- University degree or diploma in Digital Marketing management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Digital Marketing Manager.
