Demi Chef De Partie Job Responsibilities
- Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
- Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
- Keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary.
- Improving your food preparation methods based on feedback.
Demi Chef De Partie Job Requirements:
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
Job Description
Each chef de partie, or line cook, is responsible for a specific role in the kitchen, such as preparing vegetables, frying food, operating the grill, or baking desserts.
