Overseeing these relationships are distribution account managers (DAMs) who act as liaisons between each link in the chain, coordinating communications, generating potential business leads and greasing the wheels to ensure that vendors and their partners are logistically effective.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage day-to-day relationships with our channel partners and distributors, ensuring high satisfaction with our solutions
- Fully understand how our business model relates to selling our products and services, being the main point of contact
- Resolve or escalate any customer concerns as appropriate
- Negotiate to achieve desired results and meet customer needs
- Drive distribution and channel sales strategy across the territory
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of similar experience working with the Channel, Distribution or in a relationship-selling role
- Good oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, leadership and other team members
- Ability to influence others to achieve results
- Good knowledge of market trends
- Consultative skills & Presentation skills
