About Role
Initiate and manage projects through to delivery to improve the function. Manage and monitor the Technology budget, licensing agreements, procurement and approve expenditure. Work to improve budget efficiency and administration overhead. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Job Responsibilities
- Drive efficient, safe, and high-quality installation operations ensuring appropriate use of KONE installation methods and KONE Way operations management practices
- Drive profitable, reliable and efficient project management practices in line with KONE methods
- Ensure accuracy of schedule, revenue and cost planning as per country policy
- Proactive identification and execution of value-added services and change order opportunities
- Develop and implement the strategy for the delivery operations business to achieve budgeted targets
- Manage customer relationships, disputes and escalations, track NPI and transactional survey
- Work actively to understand customer priorities and changes in their competitive landscape
- Drive change initiatives ensuring business benefit realization and promoting customer centricity with outside-in thinking
- Monitor financial performance, report results, and identify areas of improvement
- Build a culture that embraces quality, safety, and excellence in project delivery
- Organize and operate regular portfolio and operational reviews to manage project and installation performance
- Manage the Delivery Operations team, ensuring competence and optimized deployment/ allocation of the resources
Job Requirements
- Engineering degree holder with mechanical/electrical background
- Proven technical and commercial knowledge in leading delivery operations teams in a matrix environment
- Experience managing multiple sites with a sizable team of project managers and site engineers.
- Experience in project management of multi-disciplined projects
- Contract, planning, and financial management experience with a strong focus on managing project cost and revenue
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to assess processes, recommend and drive changes when needed
- Digital assertiveness: comfortable and excited about the opportunities KONE digital solutions can bring
- Results driven with strong commercial acumen. Able to demonstrate sound financial management and resource utilization and forecast accurately
- An effective leader and coach with the ability to motivate a successful team
- GCC experience is required
