Job Responsibilities
- Design highly available, reliable data layer that feeds innovative data analytics applications and serves thousands of users.
- Lead different engineering teams to deliver according to designed vision
- Lead internal IT and external vendors to design and implement a data platform.
- Drive guidelines and standards around Data Management. Identify and abstract repeatable design patterns and guidance.
- Drive requirement gathering sessions with senior stakeholders and product teams.
- Collaborate with product team (delivery managers, data analysts, data scientists and ML engineers) to ensure scalable data model for analytics.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in designing and building enterprise data warehouses and minimum 3 years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience with Teradata and Snowflake and cloud tech stack in general.
- Proven experience in building end-to-end data pipelines with SQL, Python and/or Scala and solid practice of continuous optimization
- Demonstrate strong practice of development processes and agile methodologies (Scrum\Kanban, Product management, DevOps, MLOps).
- Driven to learn business processes, analyse and understand data logic.
