Saudi Arabia – Hiring Custom Clearance Broker Jobs Description
Job Description:
A customer service representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They’re the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.
Job Responsibilities
- Follow up for clearance & brokerage of shipments at airport/ seaport , import and export shipments.
- Attend customs inspection and collect samples if required.
- Arrange for port gate passes for transporters.
- Communicate in a timely manner with office operation / transporters on shipment status.
- Update the office operation team into customs new rules, changes of processes.
- Follow up with internal customs approvals, permits and any import/ export related documents within the customs area/fasah .
- Attend the loading of shipments and report any damage or missing if any Updating the time stamps into DHL system ( ESP)
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experiences in custom clearance brokerage in both Air & Sea.
- Must have a certification in custom clearance.
- High communication skills & knowledge with customs processes as per SA customs law.
