Customer Service Representative Job Description:
Customer service Rep to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage Customer service, Will be committed to the expansion and success of the sales by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, and sales
- Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures
- Compile invoice information monthly for summary billing to certain customers
- Enter data into system for customer
- Identify customer needs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues to ensure a ‘one team approach’ to the delivery of the Customer Service Centre’s performance standards and the Domestic objectives.
- Deal with all calls received within the Customer Service Centre in line with current Service Level Agreements, policies and procedures
- Ability to access all services, including translation services to help meet the individual needs of our customers
Job Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- High School + Experience in sales not less than 3 years
- Diploma in Sales or Marketing or Management
- University degree
