Job Purpose:
Majid Al Futtaim is an Emirati holding company based in Dubai. As of 2015, it owned and operated shopping malls, retail, and leisure establishments in the Middle East and North Africa. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Officer for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.
To perform duties required in all Entertainment department at a consistently high service level whilst working within guidelines of MAF Entertainment policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment Service Steps To Deliver A Consistent High Level Of Service.
- Follow Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment Cash Handling Policies
- Utilize Suggestive Selling And Upselling Skills In All Areas Of Entertainment
- Abide By Policies & Procedures Listed In Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment
- Customer Service Oriented
- Dealing With Customer Complaints
Job Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills
- At least 1 Year Of Previous Customer Service Experience Preferred
- Flexible To Work In Rotational Shifts
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Team Player
