Job Description:
Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Applies four rules of customer service when dealing with customers.
- Approaches customers promptly in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Handles all customer queries and complaints by being helpful and empathetic.
- Advise customers accurately and honestly about products.
- Keeps promises made to customers.
- Ensures all activity is in keeping with the corporate mission statement.
- Ensures correct application of company merchandising principles.
- Maintains high standard of cleanliness in department, as well as stockroom and back areas.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
