Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Base Currency: AED
Job Description:
Coordinate the customer interface process relating to our business. Work closely with internal resources and customers to resolve any issues.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with credit and compliance to ensure orders are completed.
- Assist in providing outstanding customer service.
- Work on difficult issues regarding client complaints and other matters.
- Work closely with managers in other departments, such as sales, on updating policies and procedures for client services.
- Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
Job Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in relevant subject
- 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment preferable
- Higher education degree desirable
- Customer Service Excellence
- Technical education, product knowledge or experience preferable
- Sales Specialization desirable
