United Arab Emirates – Hiring CRM Associate Jobs Description
Job Description:
The CRM Associate will work with customer service, marketing staff and operations to maintains customer-focused attitude with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers. You are also requires a strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
Job Responsibilities
- Creation of new business opportunities in the CRM system to ensure compliance
- Perform data cleansing and integration activities to improve data quality
- Provide day to day end-user support to resolve queries and issues
- Sourcing of new business opportunities on client tender portals
- Providing administrative tasks to support receipt of tender documents and communications from clients and direction to relevant teams internally
- Provide end-users with data and reports from CRM and standard company information
Job Requirements
- Technical knowledge of CRM/ MS Dynamics
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Excellent Analytic skills
- Effective organisational and project management skills
- Ability to develop working relationships with all levels
