Job Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and execute a sophisticated marketing plan, while effectively managing brand and reputational risk, to ensure the internal and external brand is optimally aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives
- Overseeing the planning, development and execution of an organization’s marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations
- Create a road map for rapidly elevating digital outreach, engagement and service across all platforms, identify costs, dependencies, etc
- Building a highly efficient team of marketing professionals and driving effective coordination with other teams to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing initiatives
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in planning, managing, and executing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication or any others related field
- Advanced subject matter knowledge of traditional and digital marketing
- Proven leaderships expertise with effective team building skills and conflict resolution management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments and create best-in-class content
