About Role
Finance Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of finance professionals. Oversees the collection and analysis of financial information for an organization. Being a Finance Supervisor monitors the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.

Job Responsibilities
- Quarterly provision reconciliation and ensure right provisioning level.
- Monthly analysis on promo actual versus forecast.
- Net provision reporting by Channel/Category and handling the provision review meeting.
- GT Trade spend claims ownership, validation, and processing on system.
- Promo actualization to reflect right provisions in P&L and Balance sheet.
- Contractual cash up actualization by subchannel and category.
- Mix Analysis by subchannel and pack size in case of trade spend deviation.
- Adhoc requests analysis on trade spend and turnover during month zero.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance is a must.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn and manage big responsibilities.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
