To manage & support sales team to drive monthly targets and revenue growth. Manage the individual sales team members, to build a positive work culture wherein the team gives their best efforts towards reaching individual & collective targets.

Job Responsibilities
- Build a sales strategy for the team, to achieve monthly & annual sales target.
- Guide & lead as an example to show how sales targets can be achieved.
- Motivate and support the team to develop the team member?s performance.
- Driving monthly targets and revenue growth.
- Side by side call listening /remotely to minimize the errors and ensure quality of sales.
- Defining objectives and individual targets based on department`s KPI
- Leading & Managing the daily sales operation
- Evaluating sales team member?s performance, productivity and quality of work.
- Identifying sales member?s strength and development needs.
- Ensuring high level of compliance towards Etisalat?s different processes & policies.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction & retention.
- Organizing team building events, build team spirit, encouraging positive ideas and suggestions for the team to optimize work & team performance & processes.
- Effectively implement business campaigns with stakeholders and CVM.
- Conducting daily meeting, briefing and coaching sessions with the team members towards the improvement to ensure implementing the process and sales strategy to be on track
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.Mandatory Previous experience of managing telesales team with proven high performance/achievements Preferred
- B2B sales experience in Telco industry. Minimum five years experience of handling Tele-sales outbound team.
