Job Purpose:
We are looking for UAE Nationals Call Canter Agents to join the Automotive Frontline Trainee ship Programme. Upon selection, you will attend an extensive 3 weeks program, which includes training within the domain of Work-Readiness, Sales, Customer service and Systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- To deal with enquiries by using different channels, phone and emails. Got the Accurate Information right
- to the customer.
- Generate business value in the form of Sales and after sales opportunities
- Deliver a seamless and efficient interaction for every customer
Job Requirements:
- Able to communicate effectively
- Customer service experience will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel
- UAE National with family book
