Job Description

As a business development manager, you’ll need to: research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets. foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.

Location:- Tabuk, Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to explore new investment, alliance, and JV opportunities and to facilitate continuous operations with E&W
  • Prepare, and review of Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs), in collaboration with the legal department, and lead the process of signing them with external stakeholders to ensure delivery of agreed terms
  • Develop project and work stream plans, ensuring that all activities are identified, appropriately organized, and resourced to deliver project objectives
  • Manage the project delivery of projects and ensure the execution within the timeframe and budget
  • Draft project review reports and presentations, including key information, commentary, and recommendations to support the review process and enable stakeholders to evaluate progress and agree on change
  • Provide appropriate documentation to enable successful transition to business as usual. Identify and record lessons learned to inform future project activities
  • Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs, and concerns are identified and met
  • Assess and provide risk identification, mitigation or risk avoidance strategies and other solutions for business with external stakeholders and ensure resolving all high priority risks as they are encountered
  • Organize and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner, which is consistent with operating procedures and policy
  • Provide guidance and on the job training for junior colleagues and conduct knowledge sharing to facilitate achievement of team objectives and completion of tasks in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, or related business studies
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in Business Development with the Energy Industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Energy or Chemical industry
  • Good understanding of the E&W businesses’ products/services to be able to advise others
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enable professional discussions with partners /stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational, project management, time-management, logical reasoning, and numeric skills
  • Strong analytical skills, financial modeling abstract problem solving
  • Strong interest in renewable energies, and energy carriers
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills
