About Role
A showroom hostess is also known as front office executive, showroom coordinator or showroom receptionist and greeter. She is responsible for handling the front office work at the show room. A showroom hostess serves as the face of her employer. She is the first, and sometimes the only person whom the customers meet.

Job Responsibilities
- you’ll support the Service Consultants, Receptionists and Product Geniuses in ensuring a smooth customer journey all the way to the car delivery.
- A hostess greets customers as they enter our dealership, takes their basic information and shows them to their sales consultants.
- They may also handle phone calls and customer queries about the BMW products and services, and assist various sales staff when necessary.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work as part of a team and covering all the aspect of reception area
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Excellent and strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Presentable
