Job Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor achievement of agreed sales targets in a specified area and for an assigned part of Siemens’ portfolio
- Complete sales and forecast accuracy related key reporting in timeline manner
- Develop and update sales funnel and customer database via CRM Tools
- Prepare, coordinate, and negotiate proposals (direct sales) in cooperation with proposal management / other involved professionals and management
- Manage key accounts within customer relationships, working to carry out customer goals while meeting company goal.
- You will act as point of contact to customers in operation (product/quality) and financial related matters, and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer retention.
- Build strong and reliable relationship with key decision makers from all levels of decision process towards securing long term existing business and advance in new business.
- Coordinate the realization of assignment, may coordinate, and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects or services programs.
- Promote and support cross team collaboration internally to achieve customer-oriented approach to the market.
Job Requirements
- You are a Degree holder
- 5 years of experience in sales/account manager
- Prior experience in the Laboratory Diagnostics field
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-driven and takes ownership of your work
- Dynamic and energetic and can work under tight deadlines and pressure
