The position requires a proven track record of successful contract capture and management with ability to acquire competitive market data relating to the fuel industry, develop successful sales strategies, and manage the fuel sales process from pricing to operational execution.

Job Responsibilities
- Implement Retail Marketing strategies to achieve annual gross-profit
- Increase Retail Market Share by identifying key potential customers and negotiating and signing contract.
- Contact/visit leading companies in Industrial, Trading, Transport, Construction and Distribution segments in U.A.E.
- Achieve divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition.
- Implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
- Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan
- Perform regular SWOT analysis to ensure customer expectations are met efficiently.
- Handle Government and Sheikhs accounts in the most professional manner.

Job Requirements
- University degree – Additional Marketing qualification is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of Marketing Experience
- Knowledge of Fleet / Vehicle Management requirements
- Knowledge of Business / Industrial companies in UAE. competitor’s strength.
- Computer skills, negotiation skills, business writing.
- Experience in Sales of petroleum products with retail or governments clients.
- Strategic Marketing Skills and communication management
